A little bit about us.

This guild is all about playing together and exploring the game as friends. We built this guild so we could play with other people of like minds and get to experience this game as fully as possible. Our focus is on the companionship and the experience of playing with friends, and the gear, the rank, etc is all secondary to that. We're not hard core gamers, but casual gamers that happen to play alot. We mess around a lot and do things random things for fun.

When someone joins our guild, we bring them into our circle of friends. We expect the members of the guild to treat each other like friends, and this is reflected in our rules. Basically, treat each other with respect and generosity. Sometimes we bicker, and sometimes personalities clash. This is normal, and just as with friends, we expect to weather it out.

It's all about the experience of WoW and the challenge of winning. For these reasons, we want to get to the end by doing it ourselves. We appreciate advice and a little help once in a while, but we want to overcome obstacles on our own terms. We will never merge into another, bigger guild because that would be riding on the coat tails of someone else's accomplishment. We don't want to win because someone else did it for us. We're happy to partner with outsiders to work together for something because we don't always have the numbers to do it on our own. Eventually, though, we expect the external partnerships to decrease as our guild increases in strength.

We want people who feel the same way we do about the game. We would much rather run end game material, BG's, or world PVP with a group of our friends than with a bunch of geared 80's we don't know. We just want to play and have fun. We think that building a strong group of friends to run instances and overcome the challenges built into the game with is more important that the actual material itself. We have fun and joke around a lot in guild chat and in ventrilo. We waste time and do silly things. We are people who don't think they have to be in instances or BG's every minute while in the game. We want people willing to have fun and relax with us. We want people willing to take the time to build a community. Generosity, respect, and loyalty are very important to us. The highly competitive spirit who is willing to sacrifice being with friends for virtual material gains is not what we're looking for.

Participation: Guildies are expected to attend guild events when they can. If a guild event is taking place, and they do not come, they need to have an explanation. This also includes out of game participation on the forums. Give us advice and show us what you find. Tell us your stories.

Generosity: Guildies are expected to help other guildies when they can. If someone is getting camped, go kill the bastards who are camping them (if you can)! Of course, you can't always help, but you need to think about if you're available. Anyway, world PVP is a blast, and an impromptu raid is never out of the realm of possibility.

Loyalty: We also expect loyalty of our guild members. We expect you to go with a guild grouping over a pick up group. There are certain instances, which require a very specific mix of classes, and we understand if you can't always include a guildie. But, on the whole, we are an inclusive guild that expects you to look to your teammates before looking outside.
